"I had a problem with a sink waste which ended up being because there was a dent in the sink itself. With a pregnant wife and young child I needed a prompt service. As with the previous reviews, I contacted a few plumbers but JT Plumbing & Heating were the only ones who could get to me the same day. The fact that they had the lowest call out charge was a bonus. After finding the fault was with the sink and not the waste (the fault was shown to me), I was booked in for a replacement sink the very next day ensuring a quick turnaround. Although out of the area, there was no hesitation in travelling up to see me, and they had one of their team out for me within 2 hours, which for a busy nursing home and training company was ideal.They quoted me for the work, were really straightforward in their explanation as to the work required and came back the following morning to complete the work. Service was quick, reliable and above all honest in their quote and the time it would take.I then had a further issue the same day, called them back out and were able to fix a storage tank for me, when another company had quoted me £2000+.
